I can’t express how much I love this recipe book. This is what brought canning to life for me.
Not only did it teach me safe canning methods, but it taught me how to do what Grandma didn’t do- give it a twist. This weekend I’ll be canning strawberries, and will probably be making Strawberry Chamomile syrup, Strawberry Lavender Jam, and Spiced Strawberry butter.
Oh yeah. These jars don’t stay in my pantry long enough to collect dust!
